AFC offers the 21 Days to a New You program. Its strength is based in continuing research and scientifically proven information. It has been compiled to offer you a realistic and healthy method of losing weight and keeping it off. Its FAST!

We will provide you with an individual plan that includes 30-minute circuit, cross training, one-on-one support, and so much more! Not only will you lose weight and inches, you will learn how to keep it off. We're open 24 HOURS for your fitness needs. As part of your 21 Days initial program, we will teach you how to monitor your own results and help you take control of your body, your mind, your life!

AFC is dedicated to improving the lives of men and women on a personal, one-on-one level!

Our club provides a 24 hour, friendly, motivating, and energizing environment. An easy card access system allows you access at the times that work best for you. We also provide state of art, 24 hour digital surveillance. Your fellow members and our trained professionals are both on hand to guide and support you.

We also provide the solution to a common stumbling block to regular exercise: the weather! Here, you can exercise 24 hours, whenever you choose, without regard to outside temperature and humidity. Our club is also a safe place to exercise, featuring only the BEST in fitness equipment. And you will love the 24 hour tanning!
